David Beckham was officially knighted by King Charles III at Windsor Castle, earning the title “Sir” for his services to sport and charity.
The 50-year-old former England captain said it was “without doubt my proudest moment.”
Beckham has worked with UNICEF for two decades and played a key role in securing the 2012 London Olympics.
The honor caps a storied career that included 115 England appearances and major titles with Manchester United, Real Madrid, and PSG.
