A China-developed 2-tonne electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft has completed a low-altitude cross-city cargo test flight in Guizhou Province.
Operated by Guiyang Low-Altitude Industry Development Company, the aircraft flew 118 kilometers in 40 minutes, carrying emergency medicines and local agricultural products.
The test supports efforts to develop regular cargo air routes and expand low-altitude transportation in the mountainous region.
